In many congregations (and organizations in general!) it is 20% of the people who do 80% of the work. It is easy to resent others who “don’t pull their weight”; it becomes easy to resent oneself when we don’t or can’t pull our weight. But for all of us, it is really Jesus who pulls our weight, doing the work so we receive the reward!
